Please join us for our first site tour of the year: The Intersection of Art & Real Estate, hosted by the Mana Contemporary! We are incredibly excited to be hosted by the Mana Contemporary with a tour designed to provide students with a multi-faceted real estate experience. Expect to learn about the role of public art in revitalizing neighborhoods such as Wynwood, as well as the adaptive reuse of the Mana Contemporary’s site (a former tabaco warehouse) into a home for art by Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons, Damien Hirst, and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
The Mana Contemporary was founded by real estate magnate and shipping entrepreneur Moishe Mana. On this tour, we’ll learn about the impact that art has had on his incredible career. The SREC Board anticipates that this tour will provide valuable insight for the many future developers, architects, bankers, and brokers who are a part of our club.

The Mana Contemporary is a 30 minute trip from the Christopher street PATH station (21 minute ride, 9 minute walk), taking a taxi takes roughly 20 minutes from Greenwich Village.
