We are incredibly excited to be hosted by Fetner Properties for a tour designed to provide students with key insights into development. Expect to learn about what it takes to make a 23 story, 171 unit project come to life.
Fetner Properties is led by Hal Fetner, who is currently the third generation to run Fetner properties. On this tour, we’ll learn about the day to day business of one of the most respected developers in NYC.
The SREC Board anticipates that this tour will provide valuable insight for the many future developers, architects, bankers, and brokers who are a part of our club.
