We are incredibly excited to be hosted by TS with a tour designed to provide students with a multi-faceted real estate experience. Expect to learn about the role of the iconic MetLife Building in the history of New York, as well as what it takes to run one of New York’s largest office towers directly from the General Manager of the property.
The SREC Board anticipates that this tour will provide valuable insight for the many future developers, architects, bankers, and brokers who are a part of our club.
We will be meeting in the lobby on the north side of the building.

The MetLife Building is a 15 minute trip from Union Square on the 4/5/6 trains (13 minute ride, 2 minute walk), taking a taxi takes roughly 20 minutes from Greenwich Village.
